These pictures are amazing! I’d love for you to take senior pictures of my daughter. Please contact me via email to schedule.
Wow! You did it again Sonya. Just beautiful!
I love these. What is that behind the girl with all the colors? It’s so pretty.
Sonya you do beautiful work. What kind of equipment do you use?
Hi Grechen. I shoot with a Nikon D3s, D300 and D90. For lenses I use all nikon lenses. 50mm 1.4, 24-70 2.8, 70-200 2.8, 85mm 1.4. I also have a 14-24 2.8, but I only use it at weddings. My next lens will 35mm 1.4. Also I’m thinking about getting the new Nikon D4. I actually have her named already:)
I think I know that football player. Nice pics.
Hey all, got a funny story to tell you! My post today will be about a client that I have shot numerous times. She was recently pregnant and I was honored to do her pictures. Usually I make my pregnancy clients a priority, fitting them in before the two week mark after birth. However, this family was busy traveling. So, when I finally got the chance to shoot her, little K was already four months old! But somehow this mom was convinced that she was going to get newborn pictures! I brought my normal newborn props, however I knew it was not going to look how she imagined. When I arrived.. little K wasn’t so little anymore! I tried to convince this mom that her beautiful four month old was not going to look like a new born! However, I always try to tailor to my clients. So I put “not so little” K in the basket … and her legs were hanging out the sides! It was a great photo session, I adore this family. Heres the photos! Wishing you all the best!
Until next time!

Hello all!
Sorry I’ve been missing in action! I realize I haven’t posted in a really, really long time, I MISS everyone! Things have gotten really busy, I have met the most amazing clients. This sounds awful, but blogging has taken a back burner. T0 make up it here is a very special photo session I had with two phenomenal models. We did this on a beautiful Sunday morning in March – can you believe this weather?! We had so much fun. My team was made up of my fabulous makeup artist Rikki Himmelfarb, Erika G was my fashionable stylist, and Kaeleigh my helpful assistant. Everyone was great! Lets cut to the chase and I’ll show you what you all want to see! Shot out to (models) Scott and Jen! Thanks for your patience everyone!
Until next time – Sonya!

Hello all!
I know I haven’t blogged in a long time. I’m going to try to post a few times this week. I’m posting pics of my buddy. She’s absolutely gorgeous. It’s hard being friends with this girl. Everywhere we go she turns heads. We get stopped on the streets constantly. Beautiful face, great hair, and fantastic body, she makes me wanna puke. Hehehehe. No but really, she’s beautiful inside and out. And she’s so funny! I love her! Here’s J.
Until next time,
Sonya
